Finding Clarity in Confusion

Something that just truly changed my world was a Spiritual Silent Retreat down in Grand Coteau, Louisiana. This small, rural town in a state I never have visited provided such a sense of home hard to find.

The mission was to learn how to be open to God's graces, His generosity. And when you ask for it, God truly layers it on! What surprised me was the over abundance of information I received during my mystical (and I mean mystical) times of prayer.

Like any good researcher, I kept asking other questions while gathering this data - related to my professional life, personal life, spiritual life, the list goes on. The info at first seemed out of order or confusing, but the beauty of the silence is the time to reflect and think upon what just happened.

Not only were many of these messages extremely applicable but were delivered in a way that was personal. This can reflect the various times in our life when we do not quite understand and find ourselves absolutely confused...

But realizing that "our ways are not God's ways" can start to ease that sense of confusion and look for the lines in the sand. You truly need to #CenterOnThis to become open to His plan. Without this trust there can be no calm or clarity.
