You can't tell me that weather doesn't affect your mood.
Here in St. Louis, we have seen beautiful, sunny weather and I know I am super charged for the week. The sun, the breeze, everything feels glorious. To be honest, it's been a strange month and I've felt really down lately. Not knowing my purpose in life, feeling disconnected with true self, it's been rough. But this break in the dark gloom has reminded me that life is all about the peaks and valleys, you need to keep pushing on.
I will be riding my bike and taking in God's green Earth...until we're back into freezing temperatures.
