The last chapter of this month's book utilized one of my favorite sayings, "When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade." These so-called "lemons" can come from various people, places or things but we can look at them all the same way, as gifts!

My friend told me about her idea of gifts we have inside each of us - they're hard to see in our complicated lives but make us who we truly are. You start to appreciate the hardships for an opportunity to work with your gifts, whatever those may be, to get through it all.

There is no need to dwell on these difficult times neither, just like you wouldn't want to keep eating a sour lemon - my face puckers up just thinking about it. Get over that hump to make more out of yourself.
